Item took over a month to arrive despite paying highly for postage!! No interest in refunding postage cost and then had to pay myself to return item and actual refund for item took weeks! Will NEVER use this company again. For Dressin my order number is R20874805 - feel free to review your correspondence with me such as it is!!! There is no point offering a client 5% off another purchase as once we have had such a bad experience we would never come back. I would like as a minimum the refund of the original postage costs as the boots took after a month to arrive!!! By then I had sourced them from another seller. I am still awaiting refund of the actual cost of the boots too despite sending them back several days ago
I placed an order last week for a hoodie for my niece’s birthday. I then read several very poor reviews about the customer service and delivery times so I contacted the company and was directed to a whattsapp conversation. As the person I spoke with couldn’t guarantee delivery time, I asked to cancel the order and received a reply to say my order was cancelled. Two days later I received an email to say the money had been taken for the order and the order shipped, despite assurances my order was cancelled!!
However, the order arrived today, well within the time frame I was originally given and I am pleased with the item received.

Waiting for my order for over a month. They promised an update last week and I've heard nothing back. I contacted them again on the chat and got told package has suffered an unusual situation, like damaged, sent to sender, lost. The answer looked generic like copied and pasted. I'm now waiting for my refund. Tracking information never showed the package in transit. What a joke of a company! Avoid at all cost!
Update: Order number: 22980809. The purchase couldn't have met any expectations because I have never received it.

I ordered a watch. I received the watch within a week and at the promised time. All the way I could track the shipment. No problems at all.
Despite the mixed reviews, I went on and placed my order on April 25. It shipped the following day, was in my country (Greece) within a week -including Orthodox Easter holidays!- and I received it today, with any delay being due to the Greek post. It was safely wrapped, and I got it at an amazing price, much less than on Amazon even with the shipping fees included. All in all, I will definitely be shopping again!

They sent me the wrong size and want me to pay to send it back to them. No way.
They took forever to respond to my request about how to PRINT the shipping label since it wouldn’t show up in the app, and they only responded when I finally did a Review on here. Don’t buy from this company.
I ordered a jacket on 08/01/2021 and was told that it would be delivered by 14/01/2021. I did not expect this to happen as I am realistic and due to the item being shipped from outside the UK and Brexit I was expecting a slight delay.
Now a slight delay would have been reasonable. When the item had not arrived by 13/01/2021 I checked the tracking information both on dressinn's website and with the courier GLS. Both stated that the item had not been handed over to the courier and when I checked the picture dressinn uploaded of the parcel it was just a blank package with no postal stickers (previous orders showed the full postal sticker with my name etc).
Dressinn informed me that my item was due for delivery very soon. I gave them the benfit of the doubt and kept checking the delivery status of the parcel daily. It did not change and kept saying it had not been handed over to the courier....it still (now 14/02/2021) shows that it has not been handed over to the courier.
I have sent numerous messages to dressinn and I always get fobbed off with we will look into this for you, it is on the way. Despite asking for refunds I was ignored and told it would have to be looked into despite it being clearly obvious from the tracking information that the item had not been sent to the courier.
Most recently I was told that a refund had been processed which I am still yet to recieve. Luckily I contacted my card issuer and was refunded by them.
I will now never use dressinn again and I would advise people to avoid....unless they want to be let down.
On checking the website after showing as out of stock after my purchase this is now back in stock. I guess they found my parcel and have now decided to sell it again.

Well maybe I'm a lucky one, but everything went perfectly smooth. I made an order for a pair of timberland costing 80$ less than in Switzerland, set up payment with Klarna and it arrived in 5 days, just like it said, I could track it through the app. Shoes are right size and original, I kept a pair I got from Zalando to compare and they're the same in everything down to the box.
I was freaking out with these reviews but everything is perfect. Thanks!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! They have taken my money, but not sent me my item! I have been waiting since November 19th and absolutely no sign of my order. Customer services is shocking too. I am so disheartened, as what I bought was supposed bro be a Christmas present for somebody too! Honestly, please take my advice and do not buy from this site.
